2nd in-person Day of the 6th ENDOTARGET EU Project Consortium Meeting
🧩 Day 2 | ENDOTARGET EU Project Consortium Meeting in Lausanne
The second day of our in-person consortium meeting brought strategic foresight, scientific innovation, and forward-looking collaboration to the table.
We began the day with the General Assembly, where all partners came together to align on key milestones, including the planning of our final project event, which will mark the culmination of three years of groundbreaking work on systemic endotoxemia and chronic inflammation.
🔬 We then turned to the scientific core:
💡 WP4 presented exciting progress on novel strategies to prevent and control arthritis by targeting the gut-joint axis.
🧠 WP5 shared developments on data management, multiomics integration, and the use of artificial intelligence to model the complex interactions within the gut–systemic–joint interface. These tools are crucial for extracting actionable insights from the rich datasets the ENDOTARGET EU Project is generating.
It’s inspiring to witness the convergence of biology, technology, and clinical vision as we continue building a solid foundation for personalised prevention strategies.
🔗 A big thank you to our host SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics for the fantastic two days!
