MAY – Arthritis Awareness Month

The month May is dedicated to increasing public awareness about Arthritis, a chronic inflammatory condition that affects millions of people worldwide. Arthritis is not just one disease – there are over 100 different types, each with their own unique characteristics and symptoms. Some common forms of arthritis include Osteoarthritis, Spondyloarthritis and Rheumatoidarthritis. One thing they all have in common though, is the impact on quality of life for individuals who live with them.

So let’s use this month to raise awareness about this chronic disease and bring attention to ways we can better support those affected by it.
