At the 18th ICRS – International Cartilage Regeneration & Joint Preservation Society World Congress (11–14 October 2025), ENDOTARGET EU Project partners proudly presented their cutting-edge research on the gut–joint connection in osteoarthritis.

🎤 With an oral presentation titled “Uncovering the Gut–Joint Axis: How the Microbiome May Impact Osteoarthritis”, Gonçalo Barreto shared insights into how gut microbiota might influence joint health — a key focus of the ENDOTARGET EU Project.

🔬 This work is part of our broader mission to explore the role of chronic systemic inflammation and gut-joint interactions in rheumatic diseases.
