🔬 Monthly WP2 Meeting

Last week, our ENDOTARGET EU Project partners gathered once again for the monthly Work Package 2 (WP2) meeting, where our focused cohorts and in vitro studies addressing gut permeability and systemic endotoxemia were discussed. This regular exchange is crucial to maintain and align our efforts in investigating the mechanisms that link intestinal barrier dysfunction to chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, and osteoarthritis. From the analysis of clinical samples to advanced in vitro models, including the innovative gut-on-a-chip system, WP2 is a cornerstone of ENDOTARGET’s scientific approach. Together, we’re generating new insights into how intestinal health influences systemic inflammation.
